All Join-T-Lock Parkland Products are fabricated using a minimum of H4 ACQ treated renewable Slash Pine timber true round logs and sawn sections. ACQ treatment is an approved preservative treatment under AS1604 without the environmentally damaging arsenic and chromium preservatives. It represents the next generation in treated timber.

All Join-T-Lock connections use either Galvanized Steel dowels conforming to AS1302 or 316 Stainless Steel dowels if located in a marine environment. Resin injection is performed using a two-component waterproof epoxy adhesive.

All sections can be pre-treated if requested with a 2 coat protective coating system of Intergrain Natural Stain / Dimension 4 – A water based multi purpose exterior timber treatment system that protects against staining, sun deteriation and damage, water and fungal damage and provides stabilisation of the timber.
